Green Goddess Juice - DIY Cleanse

Happy Monday!

I hope everyone had a lovely weekend. I happened to have acquired a new appliance this weekend...a juicer!! 

I had been dying for one after reading about the Suja cleanse on this cool blog. Totally wanted to cleanse...totally didn't want to spend $150 for three days of juice. And, as luck would have it, my Mom and Dad had one they wanted to get rid of. 

So what if it is about ten years old?!

With all that said, here I am with my very first juice in hand. I'll call this the green goddess because all of the ingredients are supposed to do wonders for the skin. 

Green Goddess Juice

1 fuji apple

5 baby carrots

1 handful of spinach

1 handful of parsley

1 chunk of ginger root

3 celery sticks

1/3 a cucumber

3 squeezes of lemon juice

Seriously fresh tasting.
