Kale chips are one of my favorite snacks. They are just like regular chips with an added bonus of tasty nutrients! It only takes four ingredients and about 15 minutes.
Crisy Kale Chips
Ingredients
- A bunch of kale
- Kosher salt or Sea salt
- Pepper
- Extra virgin olive oil

Directions:
1. Wash kale and strip the leaves from the veins.
2. Cover a cookie sheet with foil and place a cookie cooling rack on top. Lay kale out on the sheet and sprinkle with salt, pepper and olive oil.
3. Place in the oven on the middle rack of the oven and turn the broiler on low. Let it cook for about 5-7 minutes. Make sure you watch it and adjust the time, as needed. I like my kale very crispy!
